From several thousand to 13,000 attendees. Three consecutive record years.

IVS is one of the largest startup conferences in Japan. As Head of Growth, responsible for audience growth across KPI design, website, SNS, customer support, and check-in operations. Attendance grew from over 10,000 in 2023 to 12,000 in 2024 and 13,000 in 2025, a record for the third straight year. In 2025, 20 percent of attendees came from outside Japan and about 3,900 official matchings were made.

Startup Ecosystem Summit 2025, Startup Career Fair 2025, and Startup Internship Fes 2025. Supported audience acquisition from strategy to execution for the three events where the ecosystem gathers.

Audience acquisition for a career conference co-hosted by 7 VCs.

A startup career conference co-hosted by seven leading Japanese venture capital firms: ANOBAKA, CyberAgent Capital, Genesia Ventures, Headline, mint, W fund, and TeamMake Capital. Designed and ran the audience acquisition strategy. 57 startups exhibited and 44 speakers took the stage. Held on June 20, 2026 at Tokyo Innovation Base.
